We have kept it short because the honest answer is short: we use your details to reply to you, and for nothing else.

What we collect, and why

When you send us an enquiry through the form on this website, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you have in mind, a budget range, a rough timeline, and a short description of the project. We collect these so that we can understand what you are looking for and reply properly.

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp instead, we keep what you send us for the same reason.

We do not ask for anything we do not need, and we will never sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Our lawful basis

Under UK data protection law we need a lawful reason to hold your details. Ours is that you have asked us to get in touch with you, which is a step towards a possible contract between us, and that we have a legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive. We do not rely on your consent for this, so there is no box to tick.

Who helps us handle your enquiry

A few trusted services help us receive and reply to your message. None of them may use your details for their own purposes.

• Quiet Build, our web studio, runs the form service that receives your enquiry, keeps a secure copy so that nothing is lost, and passes it to us. Quiet Build also manages the mailbox that [email protected] is delivered to, so that enquiries reach the right person promptly.
• Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the form service, and routes email sent to our addresses.
• Resend delivers the email that carries your enquiry to us.

Some of these services may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they are bound by contractual safeguards recognised under UK law.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts and images are served from this website itself. We may count visits in an anonymous, cookie-free way that does not identify you.

How long we keep your details

We keep an enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. If we go on to work together, we keep the details we need for the project, and for our business records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Just email [email protected] and we will sort it out. We will reply within one month.

If you are not happy

We would always rather hear from you first, so please do get in touch. If you are still not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
